It is a warranty activated during the Dacia manufacturer service, valid for one year and renewable, provided that your vehicle is less than 6 years old and has done less than 75,000 miles, if the prior maintenance conditions have been met.

Your Dacia vehicle is eligible as long as it is less than 6 years old, from the date it was first driven on the road, and has done less than 75,000 miles, under the conditions defined for this programme.

If you have had your vehicle serviced according to the recommendations in your vehicle’s maintenance log book, even if it was not in the Dacia network, you can benefit from the Dacia Zen offer.

The Dacia Zen warranty starts on the date that the manufacturer’s servicing is carried out on your vehicle, and it runs for 1 year or 18,000 miles (whichever comes first).

For Dacia vehicles that are no longer covered by the manufacturer’s warranty or the extended warranty, a one-month waiting period shall apply from the date of the manufacturer’s servicing to the effective date of the Dacia Zen warranty.

If you have sold your vehicle, the Dacia Zen warranty can be transferred to the new owner without you needing to do anything. The application conditions remain unchanged.

Yes, you can still benefit from the Dacia Zen warranty even if you have not had all of your previous manufacturer servicing done in the Dacia network.

However, there may be limits to the Dacia Zen warranty. In particular, the previous manufacturer servicing needs to have been carried out according to the recommendations in the maintenance log book to prevent any potential faults.
